How?

  • A methodology in two complementary phases
  • A "divergence" phase: the creative part of the process in order to generate ideas, similar to an exploration phase that aims at the number of ideas
  • A "convergence" phase: the selection part, as well as the qualification of ideas and elements that aims at the actual and creative development
  • The participation of the marketing teams but also of any of the company's players who could help generating ideas (sales team, communication, management, consumer...)
