A new consumer approach in their own environment

  • An ethnologic approach in the manner of In Home and In Store
  • Measure the gap between what consumer say and what they actually do and diversify the sources of information and reflection (about consumers' gestures, their environment, habitat...)
  • Go beyond words and analyse the link between the consumer and their environment (supermarket, kitchen, bathroom...), their habits and attitudes
  • Make the qualitative studies more dynamic thanks to numeric supports (video inside Powerpoint presentations or Word documents for example)

 

How?

  • Observations via an ad hoc analysis model on the consumer's behaviour (following their way throughout the store, model of selection, guidance...)
  • Picture taking (habitat, "totems") and video observations in order to recreate as faithfully as possible what has to be taken into account when it comes to the consumer's life and apprehend their behaviour and habits
  • Analysis and recommendations based on virtual and video as well as / or creative movies realised in a professional manner with dynamic and graphic elements
